Bonaventura & Hyzy CPA's, P.C. (FBH) was formed in 1989. The partners in
the firm previously served as managers in the Buffalo office of Price
Waterhouse. FBH's mission statement is simple - to provide "big firm"
quality services at small firm rates, and to maximize partner contact with all
of our clients. FBH currently serves over 200 businesses, and over 400
individuals. Our clients include small- and medium-sized local, national and
international businesses. We provide a full range of accounting, tax, business
advisory and pension plan administration services to our clients. The firm is a
member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, and has successfully completed three quality control peer review

P. Feeley, Jr. Joe is a graduate of the SUNY-Buffalo School of Management and
is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Prior to founding the firm
in 1989, Joe was a manager in the small business area in the Buffalo office of
Price Waterhouse. Joe possesses broad experience in small business consulting and
accounting. Joe is also a Registered Investment Advisor and performs financial
planning and investment management services for clients through Linwood
Investment Advisors, Inc., an affiliated firm specializing in investment
counsel and management. Anthony
J. Bonaventura, Jr. Tony is a graduate cum laude of the SUNY-Buffalo School of
Management and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Tony began
his career as a member of the Comprehensive Services Group at Price Waterhouse,
primarily serving small businesses in the Buffalo area. In 1989, he co-founded
the firm with Joe Feeley. He provides a wide variety of clients business,
taxation and accounting advice, and specializes in providing financial
consulting for growing businesses, business valuation services for closely held
businesses and forensic accounting services. Tony recently completed the
University at Buffalo's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Thomas
D. Hyzy Tom is a graduate magna cum laude of the SUNY-Buffalo School of
Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Prior to
joining the firm in 1991, Tom was a Senior Tax Manager in the Buffalo office of
Price Waterhouse. He specializes in tax aspects of small businesses and their
owners, including income and estate tax planning, and the implications of
business structure. Tom is a member of the advisory board of the SUNY-Buffalo
Graduate Tax Certificate Program, where he also instructs accounting
professionals regarding the tax aspects of S Corporations. Tom also provides
tax and business planning services to international clients of the firm
specializing in U.S./Canadian tax matters. Tom also serves as the head of the
firm's qualified plan advisory and administration department. The original
firm, Feeley & Bonaventura, began in May 1989 with general accounting
services for business and individuals. Tom Hyzy joined the firm as a tax
partner in 1991. Since 1999, our offices have been located at 5695 Main Street
in the Village of Williamsville. Our firm
participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. Our firm was last reviewed in December, 2006. The
resulting report stated that all of our accounting practices and procedures
complied with or exceeded the standards of the industry. Our office has 7
accounting professionals, 6 of whom are CPA's, and two administrative
professionals. Each of the
partners has an area of specialty. From this foundation, we offer the following
specialized services: strategic tax planning for individuals and businesses, investment
management services for individuals and retirement plans, auditing services for
businesses and individuals, and consulting services for business development
and management.
